Baby Steps

I have been putting off starting a blog for years due to the sheer fact it was just too overwhelming... just one more thing to add to the list of things to do besides going to work, being with family, changing diapers, keeping up with the laundry and dishes, cleaning the bathrooms, making dinner, etc., etc., etc... the list can go on forever (I am the queen of list making). I now realize I can keep up on my "list making" by blogging- recording events and memories, inserting pictures, even letting my kids and husband help out with the blog (besides I always sucked at scrap booking). Why I didn't think of this years ago is beyond me. I guess I was too wrapped up being overwhelmed with everyday life. Like Dori says in "Finding Nemo"- just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming. Maybe someday I will feel on top of this whole record keeping thing. Now if I could only figure out a way to have a computer do the laundry and dishes, I would be set.
